Finding Jack Charlton

A social media campaign to promote Noah Media Group’s documentary, Finding Jack Charlton. This documentary offered a multifaceted look at Charlton’s football and managerial career while also addressing his previously undocumented battle with dementia.

Our creative approach prioritised sensitivity and maximised the use of archival footage and photography. On Instagram, we designed a visual timeline of Charlton’s life. Posting in thematic sections, we transformed the feed into an engaging visual poster, with each individual post providing in-depth insights into Charlton’s life. As creative lead, I wanted our approach to this project to not only honour Charlton’s legacy, but also engage the audience and create a deeper understanding of his life and career.

The outcome of the campaign contributed to over 2 million trailer views, 5-star reviews, and positive critique reviews.
